National Library of Uganda

As with many other places in Africa the buildings are dusty and in need of paint and some repairs. The work the Library does is vital to the people of Uganda and those who use the facility to study or read. Besides the many video library's (more like a video rental shop) I've seen, this was the only Library we visited (besides the University Library of course).
